The Office of Technology Services (OTS) manages the college's technology infrastructure and offers a wide range of
services to assist faculty, staff and students with their technical
needs. Our Mission is to provide the San Antonio College community with
reliable and secure information technology infrastructure and services. The OTS Service Level Agreement outlines the duties and responsibilities of the San Antonio College OTS in providing those services to SAC customers (employees and students). As stated in the Service Level Agreement, all
service requests with a “Normal” priority will be addressed and/or resolved
within three business days.
