Service Description: The Office of Technology Services (OTS) Technical Support unit serves the San Antonio College community as one of the key services for supporting your information technology needs. Our staff can assist you with solutions for a variety of technology related issues, such as basic computing problems, software and hardware issues, and password recovery assistance.

Eligibility: Student, Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Fridays 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. Excluding college holidays and closures. Summer Semester follows a 4 Day Work week

For after-hours technical support, employees and students may contact the District Helpdesk at (210) 485-0555.
