Digital Signage-Four Winds

Service Description:

Digital Signage refers to information displayed on monitors throughout the San Antonio College campus. Digital Signage is used by the San Antonio College Public Relations Department (SAC-PR) to serve the college community by offering publicity, promotion, advertising, marketing and branding assistance. SAC Departments are encouraged to work with SAC-PR to ensure maximum exposure of events and/or announcements.

SAC Office of Technology Services (OTS) provides academic and administrative units on campus assistance with purchasing, installation, hardware and system support for the Four Winds Digital Signage device platform. Departments can request technical support from SAC OTS.

Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Excluding college holidays.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):

Services can be requested through the online service ticket website at http://footprints.alamo.edu.  At the FootPrints home page, select "Public Relations" or "SAC - IT Help Desk" from the top right corner of the page.  Then select 'New Ticket' and proceed with submitting a FootPrints ticket.
