Call Center Setup Services
Call Center setup services enables departments of San Antonio College to critically improve their phone answering response-times. Having a call center setup delivers advanced call routing functions to optimize management of large flows of incoming calls and at the same time protect the quality of service for the caller. The Office of Technology Services Technical Support unit is here to assist if call centers are needed in any one department around campus.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
To set up a new call center, remove a call center, or report a problem, services can be requested through the online service ticket website at
. When submitting a ticket, you will need to select "
" from the Service field, "
" from the Component field, and choose the appropriate option from the Detail field.

Only certain phone models will work with a Call Center setup. You will need an Alcatel-Lucent 4068 or 4038 phone unit. The phone model is located underneath the phone.
