ACES for Students

Service Description:

Alamo Colleges Educational Services (ACES) is the secure portal encompassing student access to academic resources such as registration, class payment, schedule details, Banner ID information, online courses and student email at San Antonio College.

Eligibility: Student

Availability:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Excludes emergency system maintenance timeframes.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
An ACES account is automatically created for students after their Apply Texas application is processed by Alamo Colleges. Students will need their ACES Username and password to login to http://aces.alamo.edu.

To obtain your ACES Username, contact the district Help Desk at (210) 485-0555 and select option 4.

The initial password is the first two letters of your last name, in uppercase letters, followed by your birth date in MMDDYY format.

Example: Joe Smith, born on Oct. 11, 1985 would have the default password of SM101185.

If your default password does not work with your birth date:
Try the first two letters of your last name in upper case, plus the last 6 numbers of your Banner ID.

Example: Joe Smith, with Banner ID 901234567, would have the default password of SM234567.

You can obtain your Banner ID, contact the district Help Desk at (210) 485-0555 and select option 4.
