Equipment Loan Request (Step 1 of 3)

Laptop Loan Reservation Guidelines

Please note that the San Antonio College Loan Equipment Distribution Center has a limited inventory of laptops available for use at this time. All laptops have Wi-Fi capability for use where wireless internet access exists, a web camera, and are loaded with a web browser.

Criteria - Prior to reserving a laptop, ensure that the following program conditions are met:

Must be currently enrolled in at least one active course at San Antonio College.
Must be available to pick up the laptop at San Antonio College (1819 N. Main Ave., San Antonio, Texas 78212).
Must be willing to come to Moody Learning Center 208 to pick up and return equipment.
Must provide contact information, for example, email, phone number, and home address.
Must provide at least one form of photo ID, including a student Driver’s License and/or College ID. Pictures of photo IDs are not permitted.
Must be available to pick up the laptop at the scheduled available time. If No Show, the equipment will be reassigned to the next qualified student on the waiting list.
Must inspect all laptop contents, including accessories, upon checkout and agree that it is in good condition before leaving the College premises.
Please note: Loaner laptops are available exclusively to San Antonio College students and will no longer be issued to employees. Faculty and staff who require a computing device to perform work-related functions must submit a FootPrints ticket to request a college-provided device.
Please note: any devices checked out must be returned before the end of the semester. A return form can be filled out here.
Please complete a separate Loan Request Form for each piece of equipment requested.

Please be aware that during peak hours, wait times for Loan Equipment Distribution may be longer. We appreciate your patience, and we expect wait times to exceed 1 hour during busy periods.
