Equipment Loan Request (Step 1 of 3)


Laptop Loan Reservation Guidelines
Enrolled in Fall 2024 Classes and do not have a computer to access course content?  San Antonio College has a limited inventory of laptops available for your use. The laptops have Wi-Fi capability for use where wireless internet access exists, a web camera, and are loaded with a web browser.
Criteria - Prior to reserving a laptop, ensure that the following program conditions are met:
  1. Must be currently enrolled in at least one active course at San Antonio College.
  2. Must be available to pick up the laptop at SAC (1819 N. Main Ave., San Antonio, Texas 78212).
  3. Must be willing to come to Moody Learning Center 207 to pick up and return equipment.
  4. Must provide contact information, for example, email, phone number, and home address.
  5. Must provide at least one form of photo ID, including a student Driver’s License and/or College ID.
  6. Must be available to pick up the laptop at the scheduled available time.  If No Show, the equipment will be reassigned to the next qualified student on the waiting list.
  7. Must inspect all laptop contents, including accessories, upon checkout and agree that it is in good condition before leaving the College premises.
  8. Please complete a separate Loan Request Form for each piece of equipment requested.
Note: Equipment will be loaned out to students who are currently taking classes at San Antonio College.

The email will contain a link to the Loaned Equipment Request Form. Please complete the form in full before you come to campus to pick up the laptop.
