Voice Mail Services

Service Description:

San Antonio College Office of Technology Services provides support with VOIP Phone voicemail requests.  Voicemail can be enabled on VOIP Phones that are assigned to employees.

Note:  Adjunct Faculty get a voicemail assigned by District IT.  The voicemail extension will be in the format '8xxxx'.  This voice mail can be added (submit a FootPrints ticket request) to phones that are used by the faculty member, but are not assigned to the faculty member.  For example, a phone in an office that houses multiple Adjunct Faculty members.

Availability:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., excluding college holidays and closures.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
To request that the voicemail feature be enabled on your VoIP phone, submit a Footprints work order at http://fooprints.alamo.edu. When submitting a Footprints ticket, please select "Hardware" from the Category field, "Telephone" from the Sub-Category field, and the appropriate option from the Action and Ticket Type fields.
