Voice Mail Services

Service Description:

San Antonio College Office of Technology Services provides support with Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Phone voicemail requests.  Voicemail can be enabled on VOIP Phones that are assigned to employees.

Note:  In the absence of a Physical VOIP Phone Device, Adjunct Faculty members can request for assignment of a Virtual Voice Mail Service.  The voicemail extension will be in the format '8xxxx' and can be accessed through any Personal or San Antonio College phones.

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., excluding college holidays and closures.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
To request that the voicemail feature be enabled on your VOIP phone, submit a Footprints work order at https://footprints.alamo.edu.

o In the work order Services listed, choose “IT Support,” “Phone Services,” “New Telephone Request,” fill out the required information and specify that you need voicemail setup assistance.

·_   Faculty and Staff can contact the SAC Help Desk at 210-486-0777 for assistance with having a ticket created for technology requests or for other technical support needs.
