Service Description:
Banner is the administrative software used by Alamo Colleges. Banner consists of various integrated modules which share a common database. The modules used include: Finance (general ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.), Financial Aid (student financial aid awards), Human Resources (employee records, salaries, etc.) and Student (admissions, registration, etc.).

Availability:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Excluding emergency system maintenance time frames.
How to access services (Procedures if Any):
Contact the IT Help Desk to have an agent submit a FootPrints ticket. A Banner Access Request Form may need to be submitted by your supervisor, before the service ticket can be processed.
