Loaner Equipment Request:
Note: To request loaner equipment for San Antonio College employees and work-study students, department head(s) must submit a Footprints service work order. Once the request is received by Office of Technology Services department and depending on the availability of the equipment, the loaner equipment request will be added to the approved loaner equipment list. This step ensures that the Borrower's department and the Supervisor are fully aware of the loaner equipment request.
Loaner Equipment Return Request:
Conditions & Responsibilities:
Equipment must be used only for official college business.
Equipment should be available onsite during Annual Inventory Reconciliation Process.
Employees are responsible for the care and timely return of equipment.
Equipment must be returned in original condition with all accessories.
Lost, damaged, or unreturned items may result in department charges.
Users must agree to the Appropriate Use Policy.
